Verification of General Fund Revenue Estimates in Fiscal Year 2020 Budget (B)

Explanation

In accordance with Section 13(A), Budget Reviews, of Commission Resolution 150127 and our Annual Audit Plan, we completed a review of General Fund revenue estimates for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020. We evaluated the reasonableness of the forecasted General Fund Revenues and Other Sources of Funds set forth in the Fiscal Year 2020 Final General Government Financial and Operating Plan Budget to be read on September 12, 2019 and adopted by final resolution by the City Commission on September 26, 2019. We conducted this engagement in accordance with Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. Our report is attached for your review.

Recommendation:

The Interim City Auditor recommends that the City Commission accept the Interim City Auditor's report.
