Special Recognition of UAB Members Mary Alford and Michael Selvester (NB)

Explanation

Members Mary Alford and Michael Selvester were appointed to the UAB at its inception in 2016.  They are the last two original members and both are resigning several months before the end of their terms in order to give the City time to seat new members in advance of the discussion of GRU's FY2021 budget.  Member Wheeler requested that a special item be added to the agenda so the board and citizens can recognize Mr. Selvester and Ms. Alford for their years of outstanding service.
