Staff presented the FY19 Audited Financial Statements and FY20 Quarter 2 Unaudited Financial Statement, Budget-to-Actual Comparison, and Supplementary Data to the Audit Finance Committee on May 20, 2020 and the committee recommended that the items be presented to the full commission for approval. The items were then presented to the full commission on June 4, 2020. The items are presented to the UAB today for informational purposes only.
