Explanation

During the November 17, 2020 GCRA Advisory Board meeting, the Birmingham CrossPlex was discussed in relation to 8^th Avenue and Waldo Road initiative. Since that time GCRA Staff met virtually with the Executive Director of the CrossPlex and Board Member Grundy-Gomes and former City Commissioner Scherwin Henry visited in person and received a tour. The former Director of the CrossPlex, Faye Oates, will provide a presentation to the Board and will address any Board questions.
