Explanation

Per PRPB bylaws, elections for the Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer will be held each April with newly elected officers taking over in May. Traditionally, members will be selected to act as a Nominating Committee to bring selections to the April meeting for a vote.
