Explanation

During the February meeting, board members discussed the Master Plan process and development. Board Chair Burger suggested that Michelle Parks, former PRCA Assistant Director, provide a presentation on the PRCA Master Plan process. As the former staff person who directed development of the Master Plan, she will provide the board with background and development information on the plan.
