explanation

During Commission Comment at the May 6th Regular Meeting, the City Commission directed the City Attorney prepare revisions to the Rules of the City Commission.  This Resolution repeals the Supplemental Rules for the COVID-19 Pandemic and amends and restates the Rules to include revisions to public comment and process for resolutions.
