Explanation

This is a request for the Commission to hear a presentation from HR&A Advisors, Inc. detailing their effort to date on the update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Commission requested that they receive periodic updates throughout the work. The City Commission received an update on January 14, 2021 and March 31, 2021. The consultant and City staff have moved into the drafting phase and are seeking commission input into some of the primary ideas that have emerged from the first phase of work for each of the new chapters of the plan.
