Recommendation
1. Respondent is found GUILTY and shall have 5-days from the date of the issuance of this Order to correct said violations and to come into compliance with the Gainesville Code of Ordinance.
2. Should Respondent fail to comply with the Order by said date, Respondent shall pay a fine of $100.00 per day for each day that said violations continue to exist past the time set by the Magistrate.
3. The Petitioner is entitled to recover from the Respondent cost of abatement and incurred administrative costs in the prosecution of this case in the amount $160.58 plus $100.00 per day the case remains out of compliance.
