Recommendation
1. That Respondent, Lawrence J. Hamilton, is found GUILTY and shall have 10-days from the date of the issuance of this Order to correct said violations and to come into compliance with the Gainesville Code of Ordinance.
2. The Petitioner is entitled to recover from the Respondent cost of abatement and incurred administrative costs in the prosecution of this case in the amount $162.17 plus $75.00 for each day the case remains out of compliance.
3. Respondent shall have 10 days from the date of the issuance of this Order to correct said violations and to come into compliance with the Gainesville Code of Ordinance.
4. An Affidavit of Compliance will be issued upon full compliance with this order, the payment of the administration in the amount of $162.17, and the Respondents payment in full of any additional costs incurred by City of Gainesville after entry of this order.
If not complied with, this Order shall constitute a lien against Tax Parcel 13451-002-000, located in Gainesville, FL and all real or personal property owned by Lawrence J. Hamilton, pursuant to Sec. 162.09, F.S.S., and may be recorded in Public Records of Alachua County.
