Update on Natural Gas Rebate Policies (B)

Explanation

Following a request from the UAB in their April 27, 2021 joint meeting with the City Commission, the Commission directed staff to review GRU's policy on providing gas rebates and determine what impact stopping those rebates would have on revenue.  Staff returned with a presentation on the fiscal impact of gas rebates at the July 27, 2021 joint UAB/City Commission meeting and the UAB asked for additional information and staff presented an update at the November 15, 2021 UAB meeting. 

After hearing the staff presentation on November 15, 2021, the UAB had additional questions about the information staff presented and asked for those questions to be addressed in a future meeting.  Staff returns today with an updated presentation.
