Explanation

The City Commission held a special meeting to consider Petitions PB-20-141 LUC and PB-20-142 ZON on 4/28/2021. At this meeting the Commission made motions to approve the petitions with modifications and direct the City Attorney’s office to draft the corresponding ordinances.

Ordinances have been drafted and are ready to be considered by the Commission. The Commission had requested that a special meeting be held to discuss these items as there was likely to be a significant amount of public input during the meeting.
