UAB Meeting Minutes (B)
Explanation
Staff has prepared minutes from the UAB's January 13, 2022 regular meeting and their January 25, 2022 workshop. In addition, during the calendar year 2020 at the height of the pandemic, there were several meetings that had to be cancelled for various reasons. In the midst of all of that, staff overlooked the minutes from the February 25, 2020 and October 27, 2020 meetings and did not bring them to the board for approval. Those minutes are attached today for board approval.

Approve the minutes of the January 13, 2022, January 25, 2022, February 25, 2020 and October 27, 2020 meetings.
