An Ordinance of the City of Gainesville, Florida, adopting an Urban Services Report which sets forth the plans to provide urban services to an area generally located East of Morningside Nature Center Park on East University Avenue, South of N.E. 5th Avenue, West of N. E. 51st Street and S.E. 51st Street, also including Tax Parcel No. 16177-001-000, North of the northern boundary of Section 13, Township 10 South, Range 20 East, North of Live Oak Acres Subdivision and North of S.E. 30th Place, West of S.E. 20th Drive, North of Paynes Prairie State Preserve, and East of and including a portion of the Gainesville-Hawthorne State Trail and the City Limits, as more particularly described in this Ordinance; the area is proposed for annexation by the City of Gainesville pursuant to Chapter 90-496, as amended, Special Act, Laws of Florida, known as the Alachua County Boundary Adjustment Act; providing directions to the City Manager, the City Attorney and the Clerk of the Commission; providing a repealing clause; providing a s | Adopted on Final Reading (Ordinance) | Pass |
