Explanation

The City has an MOU with Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to allow the City's Risk Management to access its stored drivers' information. The MOU requires an audit of internal control and data security by 9/28/2019. GRU has requested the City Auditor’s Office to conduct this audit.

Recommendation:

The City Commission approves the amendment of the FY2019 Annual Audit Plan to include this audit.
