GRU BUDGET AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM
In the proposed budget for the combined utilities system, the General Manager for Utilities made recommendations to revise electric, water, wastewater and natural gas fees, rates and charges as required to meet system revenue requirements for Fiscal Year 2016. This ordinance is necessary to implement the changes to the fees, rates and charges effective October 1, 2015.
